Clean Eating Turkey Muffins by Dumbell Divas



Here is the recipe for these:

2 packages extra lean ground turkey breast
1 4oz can diced green chiles
2 egg whites

I didn't measure my seasonings, just eyeballed everything. Seasonings I used: a lot of black pepper and garlic powder; a few shakes dry yellow mustard, chili powder, red pepper flakes and cayenne pepper (I like it hot).
Spray a muffin pan with olive oil Pam. Full muffin tins with turkey mixture. Bake at 375 for 20-30 minutes
