Caldo de Chile Verde

 


Caldillo de Chile Verde.
Roasted poblanos, big Jim’s, jalapenos & anaheims. Seasoned cubed pork with cumin, salt, pepper & dusted with a little flour. Stir fried to brown meat & added chopped onion & garlic.
Added chicken broth, one can of hatch green chile sauce, roasted chiles & covered. Brought to a boil, then reduced heat to low. Simmered for 1 1/2 hrs, then added chunked potatoes.
