 I have to say I like any supplement to detox my liver. Such a delicate but strong detoxing organ. I have been using this during my intermittent fasting. Because eating clean,no legumes,no grains and Paleo is like detoxing. Especially when you fast. I have been taking supplements to help get what I may not get now that I am getting older. I know my stint in the hospital and the month of IV therapy really put a toll on my body and my liver. So I detoxed and used this supplement. I think it is a great supplement to help your liver if you do take medications and decide to detox them out. Remember consult your doctor!
