Ingredients

  • 3 whole eggs
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 3 tbs of soft goat cheese
  • Sea salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder

Directions

  1. Beat the eggs in a bowl with the spices.
  2. Mash the goat cheese with the avocado.
  3. Grease a bowl that goes into the oven, pour some egg mix in it and place a big tablespoon of the avocado mix in the middle.
  4. Cook into the oven for 20 minutes at 400F.
