Cara's Seaweed Salad Recipe


Fill one serving size bowl with the following:
1 cup of your favorite seaweed 1/2 cucumber, sliced and quartered 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley 1/2 cup diced red and/or orange bell pepper 1/2 green onion, thinly sliced 1/2 avocado, cubed a few mint leaves, torn (optional) Sauce: 1 Tablespoon fresh lemon juice 1 Tablespoon fresh orange juice 1 1/4 teaspoon Tamari 2 teaspoon toasted Sesame oil 1/2 teaspoon rice vinegar (optional) 1 teaspoon maple syrup 1 teaspoon finely minced ginger 1 teaspoon finely minced garlic 1/4 teaspoon finely minced hot pepper (optional) Whisk sauce ingredients together and pour over salad.
