  • 3 green onions, sliced
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 Tbsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 Tbsp ground cumin
  • sea salt and black pepper
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp ground chili powder
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 15-ounces black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 14-ounces organic tomato sauce
  • 1/4 cup grated cheese
  • a small handful of fresh chopped cilantro

    2. Lightly brush the cut sides with olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt and black pepper.

    8. Once the squash is cool enough to handle, use a fork to shred and fluff the inside flesh/”spaghetti”.
    9. Divide the taco filling evenly among the boats, and using a fork lightly toss it with the spaghetti squash.
    10. Sprinkled with cheese, avocado, and cilantro.
