DIY Orange and Rose Toner



This gentle and soothing toner softens and moisturizes dry skin and is very easy to make at home. You will need:

1 cup distilled water
1 tbsp crumbled, dried orange rind
1 tbsp vegetable glycerin
1 tsp rose petals

In a small saucepan, bring the water to a boil then remove from heat. Add the herbs, cover, and steep for 45 minutes. Strain into a storage container and add the glycerin. Shake vigorously to blend. Using a cotton ball, apply about 1 tsp to the face or more as necessary to the body. Refrigerate for up to 1 week, then discard.
