coconut pie


Coconut pie recipe:
Four eggs
2 cups of coconut milk
1/4 cup coconut flour
1 tsp of Baking powder
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 stick of butter (4 tablespoons)
3/4 cup of keto sweetener of your choice. I used erythritol and Monk fruit because I didn’t have enough of either or
1 cup of unsweetened coconut flakes.
Mix all together poor in a 9inch pie plate and bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 50 -55 minutes. So good.
