And considering many micellar waters are no-rinse formulas, you never even have to turn on the tap.
All micellar waters are formulated with micelles, cleansing molecules that are small in size but mighty in strength. Micelles work together to trap and attract dirt, excess oil, stubborn makeup and other impurities like a magnet.
