How to Get Rid Your Post-Halloween Makeup

When it comes to painting on a Halloween-worthy face, while you might use some quality glitter, lipstick and eyeliner, covering your entire face in color typically relies on costume makeup. Party store makeup is similar to that of costume makeup or face paint, which can unfortunately clog pores. In addition to making your skin susceptible to breakouts, party store Halloween makeup can be heavy, which might make it harder for your skin to breathe — and even harder to remove once the night is over. 
Ridding your face of Halloween makeup involves a couple of steps that go beyond the simple makeup-remover-one-and-done. Just like I recommend double-cleansing when wearing a full face of traditional makeup, the same is true for your cat, witch, zombie, etc, makeup post-Halloween.
