South Carolina BBQ Sauce

The only way I eat my pulled pork is with mustard-based South Carolina BBQ sauce! This is so good, sweet and tangy!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup prepared yellow mustard
  • 2/3 cup brown sugar
  • 6 tbsp ketchup
  • 3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tsp white vinegar
  • 1 tsp Frank's Red Hot
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients and mix well. Use immediately or refrigerate several hours or overnight to allow flavors to blend better.
