Menu of Detox

Here is a list of the fruits,vegetables and protein for my detox diet.Make sure you can get organic and use distilled water.

Juice/Shakes;

Beets,Bananas,Carrots,Ginger,Parsley,Cucumbers,1T raw honey-1st day of juice/shake

Detox Soup;1 potatoe,peeled,chopped,1/2 head of cabbage,shredded,3 carrots;peeled and chopped,1/2 onion and green pepper;chopped,1 leek;cleaned and chopped,1/2 head of broccoli;chopped,1 small zucchini and yellow squash,chopped,1 can of whole tomatoes(organic)smashed up juice and all.carton of organic low sodium vegetable or chicken broth,2T italian herbs,3 cloves of garlic,minced.2T coconut oil or extra virgin olive oil.No other oils but one of these.
Chop all veggies uniformed.In a big pot add potatoe,onion,leek,green pepper and herbs.Saute for about 7min.Than all the rest and saute for another 5min.When cabbage is slightly wilted add tomatoes,broth and fill the rest of the pot with distilled water.Salt slightly with sea salt only.Cover and cook another 10 minutes till potatoes are done.You will eat off this for the days you are on it.If you are on it longer than 2 than double recipe for the week.

Spinach,apples,cucumber,parsley,celery,banana,1T raw honey,distilled water-2nd day of juice/shake

Snack;boiled eggs,soup,shake

Shake is after a workout;leftover juice with a scoop of protein.Use whey/spirulina powder and blend with juice

Dinner;Lean 3oz of protein-fish,chicken,turkey and 2cups of steamed garlic vegetables any vegetables you want.
