Daily Burnout #1 – Ass, Leg’s & Thighs



Workout Breakdown:
Set Your Interval Timers to 8 rounds of 1.00/1.00 as below. I will be using my Sandbag Today filled with stones. See My Sandbag Filler – Here.

Complete as many rep’s of the following exercise’s before the minute is up:
1. Squats – using the Sandbag
2. Wide Leg Squats - using the Sandbag
3. Lunge Left  - using the Sandbag
4. Lunge Right  - using the Sandbag
5. Left Leg Step Knee Ups – using the Sandbag
6. Right Leg Step Knee Ups – using the Sandbag
7. Squat & Side Oblique Lift - using the Sandbag
8. Squat & Press – (Wide Leg & Hip Distance Alternate) – using the Sandbag

- Try for 2 rounds (break between each set of 8 for a quick water stop. Don’t forget to write down your scores below if you can between set’s.)
