Image
Ingredients (64 ounces / 2-4 servings) 1 ½- 2 cups very cold, filtered water 6 cups spinach, chopped or kale 5 cups organic romaine lettuce, chopped or 1 cucumber 2 stalks of organic celery 1 organic green apple, cored and chopped 1 organic pear, cored and chopped 1 organic banana 1–2 Tbs. fresh organic lemon juice Optional Ingredients Ice cubes (the extra coldness can help newbies with the taste) 1/2 cup of organic cilantro 1/2 cup of organic parsley Directions Add water, spinach and chopped romaine to the blender. Starting the blender on a low speed; mix until smooth. Gradually move to higher speeds and add the herbs, celery, pear, and apple. Add the banana and lemon juice last. I will sometimes use arugula as a sub for greens. And I sub in and out the cucumber for romaine. Limes instead of lemons. Not always the banana. I a

How to Do a 10-Step Korean Skincare Routine With Products You Already Own

Image
I am a huge skincare junkie. I love testing all sorts. Whether I buy it myself or I get it to test out or win. I am a big advocate for K-beauty 10-step process. There are certain days I do the mask after my serums. Just depends on how  my skin is doing that morning.  But you can use your products you love in your own step program. Can be 5,7 or 10 step to your skin type. I just wanted to show the versatility that this entire 10-step process doesn’t have to be with only Korean products. It can also be with anything that you have in your medicine cabinet. I will walk through the 10 steps—oil cleanser, water-based cleanser, exfoliator, toner, essences, serums, sheet masks, eye cream, moisturizer, and SPF—but rather than difficult-to-track-down Korean products with steep price points, I use my favorite products and products I am testing for other companies. 1. OIL CLEANSER InstaNatural FACIAL OIL CLEANSER Right now on SALE for $7.98!!!! I rub this all over my damp face. Massagin
