FM Fredrico Mahora Frgrances

  FM FRAGRANCES; here’s the tea:  FM get all of their fragrance oils from a factory called DROM in Munich, Germany.. Lots of designer companies also get all of their fragrance oils from DROM. After purchasing they’ll take these oils into their own factory and produce a fragrance, package it in an expensive bottle, advertise with costly campaigns and celeb endorsements and wait for people to buy it. FM do the same! We take the oils to Perfand in Poland to make our fragrances, but the difference is that we use a higher concentration of fragrance oils than most of the designer companies, we don’t use the expensive packaging or costly advertising and we don’t pay celebs. We use simple yet stylish bottles, numbers instead of names and we – the distributors do the advertising! This keeps quality HIGH, but prices LOW! Our fragrances are NOT copies or replicas. BEASTMODE HIGH INTENSITY - Dumbbell HIIT Cardio Workout | Day 10

The dumbbells I am using for your reference are 6kg each. I would recommend to use lighter weights for the higher intensity workouts as we are aiming for a slightly faster pace but still with perfect form! The timer will be on for 30 seconds of work per exercise with 15 seconds rest inbetween! Each exercise is performed for 4 sets! There are some unilateral movements so we will simply alternate between sides each set! DUMBBELL BURPEE x 2 dumbbells TUCK TO EXTENSION (feet either side of db) SQUAT….. THEN PRESS! DIY Paper Roll Snowflakes

  Here’s a list of what you’ll need. The affiliate links below will take you to products on Amazon that are similar to the supplies we used to make this craft: Toilet Paper Rolls   (I needed 3 for the medium sized snowflake) White Craft Glue Glitter Clear Rhinestones String Glue Gun Scissors Disposable Plates Ruler Pencil Other than the paper rolls, we were able to find everything to make these paper roll snowflakes at the dollar store. You really only need a glue gun, white glue and some glitter. The white paper rolls I used were a little over 4 inches long.   INGREDIENTS 2 cups shredded or chopped cooked chicken 1 large cucumber, peeled, seeded, and chopped 1 red bell pepper, chopped 4 Roma tomatoes, chopped 1 red onion, chopped 1⁄2 (14–16oz) can garbanzo beans, drained 3⁄4 cup crumbled feta 2 Tbsp red wine vinegar 1 tsp dried oregano Salt and black pepper to taste 1⁄4 cup olive oil METHOD Combine the chicken, cucumber, bell pepper, tomato, onion, beans, and feta in a large salad bowl. In a separate bowl, combine the vinegar and oregano with a few generous pinches of salt and pepper. Slowly drizzle in the olive oil, whisking to combine. Toss the dressing with the salad. You can serve now, but it's best to let this one sit in the fridge for 30 minutes or so, which gives all the ingredients a chance to get friendly.

BEASTMODE FULL BODY - Strength & Sweat Dumbbell Cardio Workout | Day 9

For this strength and cardio workout, you will need a pair of dumbbells and your mat! I am also using a yoga block but you can also use a small stepper or thick book however this is not essential. It is only used for 2 exercises within this workout; the front foot elevated rear step lunges to increase the range and depth of lunge and the heel elevated squats to increase work on the quads! The dumbbells I am using for your reference are 15lb & 20lb each! Most of the movements involve 2 dumbbells but where I maybe reduce to only one dumbbell, you can absolutely continue with 2 depending on the weights you have and also vice versa (where I use 2 dumbbells, you can use one if you prefer or need to)! The timer will be on throughout for 40 seconds of work, with 20 seconds rest inbetween! Each exercise is performed for 4 sets! MAKER!   Ingredients ▢ 6   bacon slices   chopped ▢ 2   celery ribs   diced ▢ 1   medium  onion   diced ▢ 1   clove   garlic  minced ▢ 1 1/2   cups   chicken bone broth or stock ▢ 1   8 oz.   clam juice   in bottle ▢ 1/4   teaspoon   white pepper ▢ 1/4   teaspoon   dried thyme ▢ 1 1/2   cup   heavy cream ▢ 2   oz.   cream cheese ▢ 2   6.5 oz. cans   chopped clams   undrained ▢ Salt to taste Instructions In a large  stockpot , cook the bacon on medium heat until crisp. Remove the cooked bacon from the pot and transfer to a paper towel and set aside. Add the celery, onion, and garlic into the  stockpot . Saute the veggies for about 5 minutes or until softened. For this upper body workout you will need a pair of dumbbells, a chair for bodyweight dips and your mat! The dumbbells I am using for your reference are 17.5kg each and 9kg each! The timer will be on for 40 seconds of work throughout with 20 seconds rest inbetween each exercise! Each exercise will be performed for 4 sets! Paleo Mason Jar Brownies

  Ingredients 2 eggs 1 cup  Enjoy Life chocolate chip + a few extra for sprinkling on top, if desired. ¾ cup pure maple syrup ½ cup melted coconut oil or butter + extra to grease  skillet 2 cups  blanched almond flour 1 tsp baking soda ½ tsp salt six  4-oz canning jars Instructions Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease  canning jars   with coconut oil or butter. Melt the chocolate chips and set aside. Whisk together the eggs, syrup and coconut oil or butter. Stir in the almond flour, baking soda and salt. Stir in melted chocolate chips. Spoon in enough batter to fill up about ¾ full (if you don't want yours to overflow like mine did, probably a bit more than ½ full would be good...makes for a good picture, though!) Place onto  baking sheet  and bake in oven for 30-40 minutes, until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. *Keep an eye on it after 30 minutes, though--you don't want to over cook them!
