Nearly all the exercises will be performed for 4 sets! But it’s only 20 seconds each so time goes quickly!
The first exercise is for 3 sets but I had a feeling I did 3 so we make up for it later with 5 sets of another exercise!π Couldn’t miss out on those 20 seconds!

LUNGE, LUNGE, SQUAT!
DEADSTOP PUSH UP BURPEES!
HIGH KNEES!
