Almond Smoothie
Ingredients
1-2 frozen banana
4 dates, soaked and pitted
2 cups of filtered water (where to buy) or almond milk
1/4 cup of almond butter
4 tbsp of raw cacao powder (where to buy)
1 tsp of vanilla powder (where to buy)
1 tsp of true cinnamon
Method
Place the first five ingredients in your high powered blender and slowly add the water until everything blends together.
