Broccoli Carrot Juice Recipe
Broccoli Carrot Juice Recipe
|
This recipe makes enough for one small size glass.
Ingredients:
7 Carrots
3 Broccoli florets
Note: The secret to this recipe is having more carrots than broccoli in the recipe. If you add too much broccoli, it will over power the flavor of the juice and you might not enjoy it. It's still drinkable, however, if you're not into the "veggie" taste, you might not like it as much...
If you are scared of the taste of veggie juices, you still might like this one. Consider adding an apple to help hide the broccoli taste.
This picture below has more then a few florets because I don't mind the broccoli taste.
Directions:
Wash the carrots and broccoli and cut them into smaller pieces.
Juice the carrot and broccoli. Mix it with a spoon so that it all combines, and pour it in a glass.
You'll notice that it's really not the prettiest color. Because, well, orange and green don't typically mix well, as far as colors go...
Here's the carrot broccoli juice....
