Pie Topping (Mash potato)
- 2 lbs potato, peeled and cubed
- 1 cup Milk
- 1.5 TB Butter
- salt, to taste
Pie Filling
- 2 cups cooked lamb roughly chopped
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 brown onion
- 3/4 cups fresh mushrooms, chopped
- 1 13/4 TB olive oil
- 1.5 cups vegetables/fruits, leftover roast veg or frozen peas, corn & carrot mix
- 1 1/4 cups beef liquid stock, or water & stock concentrate
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1/2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup g red wine
- 1-2 tbsp arrowroot Flour, depending on sauce thickness
