MY REVIEW: 

Now I was so excited to try this kit. I have done a lot of different types of diet kits. Especially when I owned 2 gyms and a detox center. I had to try the kits we sell so I know if they worked. This kit came with the above products for 7 days and a diet to follow. Now me personally I live a Paleo Lifestyle. And the diet really did not fit my needs. But you can adjust to your needs easily. I did. Only problem is eating like this through out the day. I have been really bad only eating 2 small meals lately. And usually when I have a shake in the morning it is filled with kale and a banana. But I followed the diet. And did my  2 Lean 180 capsules with a big glass of water. The Lean 180 does give you great energy I found. And not the jitters like some energy appetite supressants. I had the 180 Muscle Mix shake for my breakfast. I like vanilla and that was my choice. No chalky taste at all. Now at 10am they want you to eat Kashi Go Lean cereal or Fiber One. I do not eat cereal so I opted for a boiled egg,2 celery sticks(part of the diet) and a orange. I wanted to get as close as the calories I could with the suggested cereal and celery.  Lunch cam and they  wanted you to eat a salad w/ unlimited NON-Starchy Veggies + 2T Light Balsamic Dressing(I make my own) and 6 oz. Lean Meat. This was what I normally eat for lunch anyhow. I love my salads. I used lean turkey meat,shrimp ,leftover cooked chicken,boiled egg and tuna was my choices of the week. My veggies was,lettuce,kale,tomatoes,onions. I am a real big water drinker at home so I just opted to drink water instead of the caffeine free tea. 2-2:30 Came around and they suggest 1 Lean 180 Burn. It was a pick me up. I liked it. And than around 3 ish they suggest 1 cup of berries and cool whip. Well to me Cool Whip is not Paleo. So I did the berries and coconut cream. Very good. Take a can of coconut milk full fat and refridgerate it. The cream on the top is what you use as the cream. So good. I also had blueberries and raspberries as my choices.  Than for dinner was 6 oz Lean Meat and 2 cups of Steamed Veggies. I  baked my veggies and I as a Plant based Paleo girl I always get more veggies on my plate than meat. And than before bed you take the 1 Lean 180 Cleanse capsule. Now this did me well the next day. I did my business and no tummy aches. So far so good. I am on my 5th day and decided to do my review early. Why because I have noticed some weightloss. I don't have a scale. I won't have a scale. But the way I know is through my clothing. And I have a pair of pants that don't fit so snug anymore. So I would estimate I have lost about 2lbs. Trust me. I know my body very well when it comes to weight. This is a great kit. And they have a great blog and community to help you through. I loved it. and I still have 2 more days!! Yes one more thing. I have worked out with weights everyday but Sunday and I ran every other day. This was my form of exercise.
