RAW Pizza










 PIZZA BASES 

1/2 cup sunflower seeds 
1/4 cup flax seeds 
3/4 cups almond flour (or you can use raw rolled oats) 
1 tablespoons chia seeds 
2 tablespoons psyllium husks 
1/2 teaspoon Himalayan salt 
2 teaspoons maple syrup 
1 1/2 tablespoons melted coconut oil 
3/4 cup water

Directions:
.Combine everything, mix well and let sit covered on the counter for 2 hours or more.

Shape into individual sized pizzas.If you have a dehydrator, place on the parchment sheets and dehydrate for approximately 12 hours, turning over half way through. You can also use your oven at the lowest temperature for approximately 8 hours. 

If you're impatient and you don't care if its raw, just bake at 180 Celsius for 15-20 minutes for a delicious crunchy base. Add toppings and cook for a further 6-8 minutes.

CASHEW CHEESE

1/2 cup raw cashews, soaked for 2 hours then drained
2 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
Juice of 1 small lemon
1 garlic clove 
2 teaspoons raw apple cider vinegar
2 teaspoons dijon mustard
Himalayan salt and white pepper to taste
Blend all together in high speed blender and refrigerate. Will thicken when chilled


TOPPINGS

Any veggie you like!! Here is a RAW Marinara below:
Ingredients sauce – makes 2 cups

  • 1 cup chopped tomato
  • 1 cup roma tomatoes (dehydrated or sun dried)
  • 1/2 cup roma tomatoes (dehydrated or sun dried) for garnish
  • 2 spring onion stalk
  • 1 clove garlic peeled
  • oregano, rosemary and basil to garnish
  • nutritional yeast to taste (savoury yeast flakes)
  • salt and pepper to taste
