- Star Jumps – Arms Front & Side
- Floor Push Up & Straight Under Leg – L&R Alternate
- Lie Floor & Push Up
- 1 Arm Burpee Punch – L&R Alternative

Workout Picture Tutorial:
1. Star Jumps – Arms Front & Side
Create a Star with your body jumping the legs out & in at the same time.
2. Floor Push Up & Straight Under Leg – L&R Alternate
Create the push up position while transferring one leg under the body to intensify the move, try to keep the body in a straight line at all times.
3. Lie Floor & Push Up
Drop to the floor, lift the hands and then push your body up into the push up position.
4. 1 Arm Burpee Punch – L&R Alternative
Completing a burpee while using only one arm for stability.
