Avocado Bacon Ranch Mug Cake
- 2 tbsp. Butter
- 1 large Egg
- 3 tbsp. Almond Flour
- 1/4 tsp. Baking Powder
- 1 tbsp. Ranch Dressing
- 1/4 tsp. Dried Dill Weed
- 1/4 tsp. Dried Parsley
- 1/4 medium Avocado
- 1 strip Bacon, cooked and chopped
- 1 medium Spring Onion, chopped
- Melt butter in microwave.
- Add egg to butter and whisk together.
- Add almond flour, baking powder, ranch dressing, dill weed, and parsley to bowl.
- Mix until dry ingredients are well incorporated.
- Stir in bacon, avocado, and spring onion.
- Put in microwave and cook for 1.5 minutes to 2 minutes.
