Ingredients:
- Palm sized amount cooked chicken
- 1 cooked sweet potato
- Big bunch of lettuce
- Choose 3 to 5 salad vegetables that are on hand.
- Sprinkle of pumpkin seeds
- A few olives
- Drizzle of olive oil
- Drizzle of balsamic vinegar
How To Make It:
- Add a huge handful of lettuce to a big bowl.
- Top with all the remaining ingredients.
- You can add each ingredient in a pile, then eat it as it is or stir everything together.
- Or you can simply add all ingredients into a big bowl and dig in.
