Ingredients:
  • 2 large handfuls lettuce leaves, roughly chopped
  • 1 chicken breast (smoked, BBQ’d or poached), sliced
  • 1 small-medium avocado, sliced
  • 1 handful walnuts, chopped
  • 2 boiled eggs, halved
  • 2 tablespoons flaxseed oil

How To Make It:

  1. Place an even portion of the lettuce across two plates. 
  2. Top with the sliced chicken breast, sliced avocado and walnuts. 
  3. Finish by adding the egg and drizzling with flaxseed oil to serve.
