Chicken, Avocado & Walnut Salad

Ingredients:
- 2 large handfuls lettuce leaves, roughly chopped
- 1 chicken breast (smoked, BBQ’d or poached), sliced
- 1 small-medium avocado, sliced
- 1 handful walnuts, chopped
- 2 boiled eggs, halved
- 2 tablespoons flaxseed oil
How To Make It:
- Place an even portion of the lettuce across two plates.
- Top with the sliced chicken breast, sliced avocado and walnuts.
- Finish by adding the egg and drizzling with flaxseed oil to serve.
