Sweet Pumpkin Spiced Hash
Ingredients
1/2 Jicama... (potato size) julienned
1 lg Sweet Potato. .. julienned
1/2 lb bacon. .. chopped
1/2 tsp Onion Powder
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Pepper
1 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
Brown bacon crumbles in pan and remove with slotted spoon. Using bacon grease. .. saute jicama, sweet potatoes and spices until tender. . about 15 minutes. Once cooked... return bacon to pan and stir mixture. Serve with fried egg on top if desired.
