RAW Fudge Brownies

Super Soft Fudge Brownies

Description

Soft, sweet, and chewy...you will not be able to get enough of these raw brownies by Iselin Støylen of Vegetarian Taste

Ingredients


Base:

2 cups / 4 dl almonds
15 large dates (pitted)
1 tbsp coconut oil (melted)
2 tbsp raw cocoa powder
1/4 tsp vanilla powder

For the icing:
2 tbsp raw agave or honey
1 tbsp coconut oil (melted)
1 tbsp raw cocoa powder
1 tbsp almond butter or half a banana

Methods/steps

1) Add all of the base ingredients to a food processor. Blend until smooth and then spread the batter in a lined tin.

2) For the icing, simply blend together the ingredients (preferably in a food processor) and spread over the first layer.

3) Let the brownie sit for at least 2 hours in the refrigerator.
