Salsa Chicken Slow Cooker Salad
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 4 hours
Serving Size: Serves 8-10 people

Freeze the leftovers for another meal.
Ingredients
3 lbs of chicken breast, frozen
1 lb of corn, frozen
2 14 oz cans of black beans or make your own
1 15 oz jar of salsa
Cheddar cheese, sour cream, optional
Lettuce of choice
Instructions
Spray slow cooker with cooking spray or use slow cooker liners
Place frozen chicken in slow cooker
Pour corn and beans(drained) on top of chicken
Pour salsa on top
Cook on high for 4 hours of low for 6-8 hours
Serve chicken mixture of a bed of lettuce
Serve with cheese and a dollop of sour cream on top
