All-Pink Skin Care Routine? YES PLEASE!

 

The enduring popularity of pink has deepened my love for the color. For me, it started in 2023 with the inner child-healing Barbie movie, and then came Sabrina Carpenter’s viral blush look. Now joining the ranks is medicube’s PDRN-infused skin care line.

For this blog, I’m curious to find out whether these four new medicube products will give my skin that perfect glass skin glow.  Read on to find out the results!

PDRN Pink Cica Soothing Toner

What it is: Formulated with salmon PDRN, niacinamide and centella asiatica extract, this toner effectively fades blemishes, brightens dullness and reduces inflammation. My experience: The toner’s naturally pink hue immediately caught my eye!It feels lightweight and refreshing upon application, and absorbs quickly for an instant dewy glow. I appreciate the toner’s unscented formula, which didn’t cause any irritation or breakouts in my skin.

PDRN Pink Peptide Serum (a favorite)

What it is: Formulated with PDRN, this youth-restoring serum is a whiz at reducing hyperpigmentation and dark spots. It’s also infused with peptide complex to reduce the appearance of fine lines and niacinamide to promote a brighter complexion.

My experience: PDRN is a new buzzy skin care ingredient that delivers hydrating, brightening, smoothing and firming effects to skin. Amongst its many promised benefits, I’m most impressed with the serum’s ability to refine my skin texture. The slightly viscous texture in bubble gum pink color blends beautifully on my skin, leaving it smooth and supple. It comes with a hint of fragrance, but I didn’t find it troublesome. As for the formula’s brightening effects, it wasn’t as dramatic but I noticed less redness on my skin. My experience: With the temperatures continuing to dip, I’ve been searching for a face cream that’s rich enough for wintertime use but still lightweight for my oily skin. Enter: medicube’s PDRN Pink Hyaluronic Moisturizing Cream.

My experience: I love the whole line of Medicube PDRN. The mask feels amazing after you use it. Remember to get the excess out of the package and rub all over neck and chest. Apply skincare after. You really don't need the serum just the cream and eye cream after the mask.
