The Only DIY Pumpkin Face Mask Recipe You Need This Fall
If the hullabaloo around pumpkin spice lattes is any indication, ’tis the season for all things pumpkin. Not only does the beloved gourd make a festive decoration and a delicious pie, but it’s actually amazing for your skin, too—go figure. Rich in vitamins A and C, pumpkin soothes the skin and uses antioxidants to repair environmental damage. It’s also packed with natural exfoliating enzymes that rid your skin of dry cells, resulting in a clearer, brighter, better complexion.
Short of slathering the pulp alone on your face and waiting for a miracle, we got our hands on this amazing recipe from Indie Lee, founder and CEO of her eponymous eco-friendly skin care collection. A few extra ingredients are all you need to turn this basic seasonal ingredient into one seriously luxurious facial treatment.
