Sausage & Cabbage Bake

Quick Sausage and Cabbage Bake
via Paleo Dieting






2 12 ounce packages of chicken sausages (no sugar added)
2 packages of prepared coleslaw mix (no dressing packet included)
12 ounces of bacon, chopped
1 tablespoon coconut oil, melted
salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Mix coleslaw mix, bacon, oil, and salt and pepper on a cookie sheet. Spread evenly and top with whole sausages. Bake 20-25 minutes, until bacon browns. Remove from oven and slice sausages, serve.
