Spicy Stir-fried Okra 2 tbsp sesame oil or Lao Gan Ma if you want extra kick 1 tbsp chopped garlic (approximately 3 cloves garlic) 2 tsp chopped ginger 1/4 of small onion or 1 shallot, chopped 10 oz your choice of ground meat (I used Omni Ground) 1 lb okra, cut into2-inches long diagonal angle 1 tbsp agave nectar 2 tbsp toban djang, Chinese chili bean paste 2 tbsp oyster sauce 1 tbsp soy sauce Pinch of pepper 1/3 cup vegetable stock Sesame seeds
