Keto Cheeseburger Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 ½ pounds ground beef
- 3 large eggs
- 5 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
- 1 ½ cups Mozzarella cheese
- 1 ½ cups cheddar cheese
- add garlic powder, chopped onions to the beef while cooking and garlic salt
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium high heat until cooked through. Drain any excess grease. Let the meat cool slightly.
- Add the ground beef to a mixing bowl with the large eggs, bacon and ½ cup each of the mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
- Spread the mixture into a 9×9 baking dish.
- Top with the remaining cheese and bake for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly
