The timer will be on for 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds rest!
We simply complete each pair of exercises for 4 sets! It goes pretty quickly so won’t feel long as only 20 seconds each!
Repeat each pair x 4 sets!
Crouch to jump!
Crouch to extend
Skull crusher / tricep push ups
Burpees chest to floor
Plank tucks
Kick thrus
Rolling to push up
Plank leg march
Burpee w/ x2 lunges / jumps
Static lunge / jump (switch each set)
Alternating Pendulum plank
Pivot lunges / jumps
Plank ladder to push up
Kneeling to squat / jump
Finisher:
X1 minute BURPEES!
Absolutely finished for the days after this!!
