Summer Body Transformer Challenge | Day 2

You will need:

Sandbag

4 Minutes 2 Exercises 10 Reps Each 40 Second Rest

Switch Lunges+Pushups
Knee to Elbow+Pullups
Kick Out & Knee Up+ Star Planks

If you do not have a equalizer you can do reverse pullups under a chair. Or a pullup bar.
