Vanilla & Coconut Chia Pudding!
This is one of our favorite ways to use the chia seed! What's yours?
Serves: 2-3
Ingredients (use organic where possible):
- 1/2 cup chia seeds
- 1 1/2 cups milk of choice (we love coconut milk)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 cup frozen berries
- 2 tbsp shredded coconut

Method:
Mix chia seeds, milk and vanilla in a bowl. Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours. Once thickened, serve top with raspberries and shredded coconut!
