Coconut Smoothie
Ingredients
1 ½ cups coconut milk
¼ cup unsweetened shredded coconut or if you have access to young Thai coconuts use the meat from the coconut
1 ½ cups frozen pineapple
1 frozen banana
2 TBS. RAW honey or maple syrup
2 tsp. vanilla
pinch salt
4 ice cubes or water
Instructions
Place all ingredients in your blender and voila! Enjoy!
