SET YOUR FAT ON FIRE! MMA WORKOUT
Hi BodyRockers!
I’ve got a MMA inspired 12 minute workout for you to try!
A great way to channel any frustrations and release a ton of stress you may have is to “work it out!”
Get your Gymboss timers set for 6 rounds of 50 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest.
Be sure to do a 10 minute warm up! Really important that you warm up before all your workouts as you will prevent injury and improve your performance!
Repeat 2-3 times and finish with a good stretch.
