20 Minute Air Fryer Lemongrass Pork Chop

Ingredients

  • 4 pieces of pork chop, center cut bone-in pork chops ~1.5 inch thick
  • 8 cloves of Garlic, minced
  • 2 ½ tbsp of minced Lemongrass
  • 2 tbsp Fish Sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp of Sugar
  • 2 tsp of Chilli Flakes (optional)
  • 1 tsp of Salt
  • 6 tbsp of Oil
  • 3 stalks of Green Onion, chopped
  1. Using the back of your knife, slightly flatten the pork chop on both sides. Cut slits along the fat – this will prevent the pork chops from curling up when air frying
  2. Marinate the pork chops with garlic, lemongrass, fish sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, chili flakes (optional) for at least 1 hour, or overnight
  3. Air fry the pork chops at 400F for 12-16 minutes, flipping halfway through or until the internal temperature reaches 140F.
  4. In the meantime, make the sauce. In a bowl, add chopped green onion and salt on top. Heat up 6 tbsp of oil until smoking, drizzle over the green onion and salt. Mix well.
  5. Serve with sauce and riced cauliflower
