 MY REVIEW:

 I am not much of a drinker. I love my wine but I was not going to get tipsy just to use this. But I do have problems sleeping. Big time. And I hate,hate,hate hate hate sleeping aids.  But when you have not slept in 3-4 days and it effects you. You change your mind on this. So my hubby gets me this Nyquil ZZZ crap. Yes it helps but I have the worst groggy side effect for 2 days after using it. I hate it.  Almost like a hangover but I can deal with a hangover better. This came to me and I said"Aha!" I will use it before I take this sleep aid. I love ingredients. Prickly pear. Which is known to help hangovers. Lycopene another great ingredient you find in tomatoes that is great for hangovers(Bloody Mary's). Milk Thistle for your liver. Because it is what you need when taking meds or drinking. So I like the ingredients alot. I woke up the next morning not feeling as bad when I did the stupid Nyquil ZZZ. Still not the greatest but much better because of the patch. I can just imagine if it was alcohol. This is a great help. Not a fix. So don't just go get drunk you know ,but if you are going to a party this would be good to have on hand.
