via Chocolate Infused Escapades

1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes
1 red bell pepper
1 head of romaine lettuce
1/4 red onion
1/4 cup black olives
1/4 cup feta cheese

Dressing:
1/4 cup olive oil
juice of 2 lemons
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbs. fresh oregano leaves, chopped
1 tsp. salt
