Bleu Cheese Dressing
Ingredients
- 1 cup homemade mayo
- ¼ cup nut milk
- ⅓ cup reduced-fat bleu cheese crumbles
- 1 Tbsp minced garlic
- ½ Tbsp black pepper
- ½ Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- ¼ tsp onion powder
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients in a food processor. Shorter for a chunkier dressing, longer for a smoother dressing — makes ½ cup.
- Store in fridge in air-tight container for up to 1 week.
