Bleu Cheese Dressing

Recipe:  Bleu Cheese Dressing

Serving size: 2 Tbsp
Ingredients
  • 1 cup homemade mayo
  • ¼ cup nut milk
  • ⅓ cup reduced-fat bleu cheese crumbles
  • 1 Tbsp minced garlic
  • ½ Tbsp black pepper
  • ½ Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • ¼ tsp onion powder
Instructions
  1. Blend all ingredients in a food processor. Shorter for a chunkier dressing, longer for a smoother dressing — makes ½ cup.
  2. Store in fridge in air-tight container for up to 1 week.
