Ingredients
  • 10 medium Organic Strawberries
  • 3 cups Organic Whole Milk from Pasture Raised Cows, preferably raw or Almond or Coconut Milk

Instructions
  1. Blend strawberries and milk until smooth.
  2. Enjoy!
Notes
Add honey to taste if a sweeter Strawberry Milk is desired.
Add up to 3 raw eggs, from local, organic pasture raised hens for aded protein
1 tablespoon Gelatin can be added for health benefits
