Breakfast in a Jar { Saute & Add Eggs }

1 large bunch of Swiss chard
½ cup of sliced Cermini Mushrooms
⅓ cup of yellow onion diced
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
Spicy:
1 large bunch of kale
½ cup chopped yellow onion
½ a bell pepper chopped
1 tablespoon of jalapeno pepper diced very small (or to taste)
Sweet:
2-4 cups of baby spinach
½ cup diced yellow onions
¼ cup dried organic cranberries
¼ cup raw pumpkin seeds
To Cook:
2 tablespoons of cooking fat(coconut,butter or ghee or bacon fat)
2-4 eggs
sea salt and pepper
