Cheesy Beef Bake
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- yiu can add a cup of corn for extra flavor optional
Instructions
Preparation
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Once browned, drain any excess fat.
3. Add the diced onion and green bell pepper to the skillet and cook until softened.
4. Stir in the diced tomatoes, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and paprika. Simmer for a few minutes. and corn if you choose.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
7. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
Cooking Process
1. Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
2. Once cooked, remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
