Pork Instant Pot Pork Tacos

 


How to Serve 

After shredding the pork, make tacos and serve as a complete meal. I like to use corn tortillas to eat these tacos, but flour tortillas will work, too.

You can also serve it with:


Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon avocado oil
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar (monkfruit)
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
  • 2 tablespoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon ground cumin
  • 12 oz lager
  • 4 pounds pork shoulder

Instructions

  • Press "saute" and pour oil into the Instant Pot
  • Add the pork shoulder.
  • Add brown sugar, salt, garlic powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, onion powder and ground cumin and stir.
  • Pour the lager into the Instant Pot.
  • Close the lid and cook on high pressure for 20 minutes.
  • When cooking time is complete, wait for a natural pressure release.
  • Take out the pork, and shred the meat using two forks.
  • Fill the tacos, add your favorite toppings and enjoy 🙂
