handful dark greens- kale and dandelion greens 1/2 frozen banana 1 piece Aloe Vera 1 slice pineapple 1/3 green apple 1/4 cup frozen blueberries 1/4 cup frozen cranberries 1 stick celery 2-4 dates 2 heaping Tablespoons peanut or almond butter 1 heaping Tablespoon Sea Moss gel 4 scoops Super Plant Protein http://www.MarkusProtein.com 1/2 Tablespoon Age Free http://www.AgeFreeFormula.com 1 Tablespoon Vit C http://www.MarkusVitaminC.com 1 teaspoon Udo’s DHA 1 Tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar fill with water or coconut water
