Baked Grouper with Coconut Cilantro Sauce Recipe

INGREDIENTS:

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F
  2. Grease a 9x13 pan with coconut oil and place fish on pan. Sprinkle it with salt
  3. Combine coconut milk, cilantro, ginger, curry, garlic and jalepeno in a food processor and pulse until smooth. Pour half the mixture over the fish. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until thoroughly cooked.
  4. Pour remaining mixture over baked fish and serve.
