Turkey Breakfast Sausage Recipe

INGREDIENTS:
- 1 lb. ground or shredded turkey
- 1/2 small onion, finely diced
- 1/4 tsp. each: Cumin, marjoram, Black Pepper, Oregano, Cayenne Pepper,Ginger
- 1/2. tsp. each: Basil, Thyme, sage
- 2 tsp. Sea Salt
- 2 Tbsp. Mary's Gone Crackers, crushed
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 2 Tbsp. ghee
DIRECTIONS:
- Sauté onions in 1 Tbsp. Butter until soft and translucent.
- Combine all ingredients (except remaining butter) in a large bowl
- Form into patties and cook in remaining butter
