All you will need for this challenge is your mat and a bottle of water handy and a full body warm up prior! EMOM is basically Every Minute on The Minute! You aim to complete a certain amount of reps of various exercises within a minute timescale! Trying to complete as quick as possible to enjoy some rest before going again! Below is a breakdown of the exercises and suggested reps however as you can see there are rep alternatives for the last exercise in each trio! This will challenge you in many ways! Your ability to control the dumbbells, maintaining correct form, awareness when to pause and not to mention grip strength! 3 minute per complex with 30 seconds rest after each completed complex! For this full body workout you will need a pair of dumbbells and your mat! The dumbbells I am using for your reference are 10kg each! Some of the complexes involve x10 rep exercises, whilst others involve x5 rep exercises! Focus on how you perform each movement. Try to pace yourself as 3 minutes can be taxing to hold the dumbbells. Ingredients 1.5 lbs small red potatoes (cut in half) 5 cups of water 1 bottle (12 oz)  beer (you can also sub in broth) 1/4 cup Old Bay Seasoning 2 stalks celery, cut into 1-inch pieces 1 onion, cut into quarters 3-4 garlic cloves, minced 2 lemons, cut in half 1 lb cooked kielbasa sausage, cut into 1-inch pieces 4 fresh cobs of corn, cut into 3-inch chunks 2 lb fresh,  uncooked large shrimp in shells Optional : Cocktail sauce, fresh lemon slices, Cajun seasoning Directions: 1. Texas Beef Brisket in the Slow Cooker

SLOWCOOKER TEXAS STYLE BEEF BRISKET YOU WILL NEED: 3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 Tbsp. chili powder 2 bay leaves 2 garlic cloves, minced 1 tsp. celery salt 1 tsp. pepper 1 tsp. Liquid Smoke, optional 1 fresh beef brisket (6 lbs.) 1/2 cup beef broth BARBECUE SAUCE: 1 medium onion, chopped 2 Tbsp. avocado oil 2 garlic cloves, minced 1 cup ketchup 1/2 cup molasses 1/4 cup cider vinegar 2 tsp. chili powder 1/2 tsp. ground mustard DIRECTIONS: In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the Worcestershire sauce, chili powder, bay leaves, garlic, celery salt, pepper and liquid smoke if desired. Cut brisket in half; add both to bag. Seal bag and turn to coat. Refrigerate overnight.  Transfer beef to a 5 to 6 qt. slow cooker; add broth.
